Returns & Refunds Policy


We want you to feel confident when booking treatments, enrolling in training courses, or purchasing products from us. This policy explains your rights and our procedures regarding returns, cancellations, and refunds.

 

Hair Care Products

Unopened/Unused Items: If you change your mind, you may return products within 14 days of delivery for a refund or exchange, provided they are unused, unopened, and in their original packaging.

Opened/Used Items: For hygiene and safety reasons, we cannot accept returns on items that have been opened, used, or unsealed, unless faulty.

Faulty/Damaged Goods: If your item arrives damaged or is faulty, please contact us within 7 days of receipt. We will arrange a replacement, exchange, or refund.

 

Treatments (Salon Services)

Cancellations: We require at least 48 hours’ notice to cancel or reschedule a treatment appointment.

Late Cancellations/No-Shows: Cancellations made with less than 48 hours’ notice, or failure to attend your appointment, may result in a cancellation fee or loss of your deposit.

Refunds: Treatments already received cannot be refunded.

 

Training Courses

Deposits: Course deposits are non-refundable but may be transferable to a future course at our discretion.

Cancellations: Cancellations made at least 14 days before the course start date may be eligible for a partial refund (excluding deposit).

Late Cancellations: If you cancel within 14 days of the course start date, no refund will be issued.

Course Materials: Any digital or printed training materials provided are non-returnable once accessed or received.

Your Consumer Rights

This policy does not affect your statutory rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015 and the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013.
