1. Services Purchased Online

Salon Services:

When you purchase a salon service (e.g., hair treatments, beauty services) through our website, payment secures your booking. However, you must schedule your appointment to receive the service. After checkout, you will be contacted by our team or provided with a booking link to arrange a suitable time for your visit. Please ensure you schedule your appointment promptly, as slots are subject to availability.

Training Courses:

If you purchase a training course online, payment confirms your place, but you must schedule your course session(s) before attending. After payment, our team will reach out to you to arrange a suitable date and time for your training. Spaces are limited and subject to availability, so we recommend scheduling as soon as possible.

 

2. Products Purchased Online

Hair & Beauty Products:

We offer a wide range of hair and beauty products available for purchase online. All products are shipped via Royal Mail.

Shipping Times:

Standard shipping typically takes 2–5 business days within the UK.

You will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking details once your order has been dispatched.

Shipping Charges:

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your chosen delivery method and location. Free shipping promotions may apply for qualifying orders, as indicated on our website.

Delivery Issues:

Please ensure that your delivery address is correct at the time of purchase. Éthérée is not responsible for delays or lost parcels due to incorrect addresses or unavailability to receive the delivery. If a parcel is lost in transit, please contact our customer service team so we can assist in resolving the issue.

 

3. Collections

In-Salon Collection:

Some products may also be available for collection directly from our salon. If you choose this option at checkout, you will receive a notification when your order is ready for collection. Please bring your order confirmation or ID when collecting your items.
